Payment and Terms

All prices quoted are in British pound.

Payment in full is required for any booking made within 8 weeks of departure.

A non refundable deposit of £150 payable on booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. We ask for a £150 refundable damages deposit to be paid at the time of the balance which will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure after an inspection of the property has been carried out.

Bookings will be held for 7 days pending deposit or payment in full if within 8 weeks of departure.

Travel cot & high chair available by prior arrangement. (Small charge)
Sorry but smoking is NOT permitted inside the Villa.

Please note that an entry visa is required for Turkey at £10 per person (including children), payable
on arrival at Dalaman airport at passport control.

Guests are responsible for making their own flight arrangements should changes to flight schedules subsequently be imposed by the airline, we cannot necessarily guarantee accommodation availability outside of the period originally booked. We will endeavour to accommodate date changes if at all possible, should these not clash with other guest's bookings either side of the requested period.

We strongly recommend that all guests have a comprehensive Travel Insurance
for peace of mind.
